Most repairs are undertaken at your business premises or at your home. Whenever possible, we aim to travel to you, thereby eliminating the hassle of having to pack-up and transport your equipment to a service centre. This allows us to better understand your problem in context, identify and explain your options and reduce your downtime. Any task that cannot be completed or undertaken at your premises can be carried out in our Workshop. We are conveniently situated in Cumberland Street, Edinburgh and in Penicuik Mid-Lothian, so our response times are excellent. If you have urgent deadlines we are available to work out-of-hours.
